Subject Lists

This list is being provided for your course planning purposes. At this stage, the Faculty's planning indicates that the following subjects will be offered in 2008. However, please note that the Faculty reserves the right not to offer a subject in a particular year or in a particular semester if a sufficient enrolment is not obtained or appropriate staff are not available.

Quasi-compulsory subjects are subjects that must be undertaken to meet the academic requirements for admission to practise in Victoria. They are not compulsory for the purposes of completing your LLB.

** Dispute Resolution is offered in Semester 1 ONLY for students who are a) completing their LLB at mid-year 2008 or b) who are going on exchange in Semester 2, 2008 and completing their degree in Semester 2, 2008.

*** Property is offered in Semester 2 ONLY for students who are enrolled in the graduate LLB 3 Year 2007 Cohort.

# Please note that Legal Theory and Obligations have been timetabled for Semester 1, 2008 only. There are currently no classes for these subjects scheduled for Semester 2, 2008. Any students who have selected them for Semester 2, 2008 when re-enrolling will have the subjects deleted from their 2008 enrolment.
