  • Torts and the Process of Law or Torts and the Process of Law 1 & 2

# As an alternative, when available, students may take Evidence and Proof as a Summer Semester subject rather than in Semester 1, at any time in their degree. Evidence and Proof will be available as a 2006 Summer Semester Subject.

** Please note that prerequisite requirements for Corporations Law preclude taking this concurrently with Property in second year.
