In January 2006, Fiona Rotstein was appointed Research Fellow at the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia (IPRIA).  Fiona has completed Law and Arts degrees at the University of Melbourne, and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Melbourne.

Prior to working as an academic, Fiona was a solicitor at two boutique intellectual property and commercial law firms, and worked with in-house counsel at Ericsson Australia.
